Sultan Villa with it's attached apartment will make the perfect holiday residence for a large family or group or those that wish to have some private space during their holiday from each other! The villa has 3 bedrooms and there is a sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps a further 2 people. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and again there is a sofa bed which will sleep another 1 or 2 people. The villa has 2 toilets, one downstairs and a shower room upstairs. The lounge area is spacious with a fabulous balcony for alfresco dining or just watching the world go by. The apartment has a lovely kitchen area and dining area with 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and toilet facilities. Sultan is located at the far end of the Hisaronu village and as the villa and apartment have marvellous views, there are a number of steps to climb to reach both properties.

- (Sleeps 4/5, 2 Bedrooms) Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has twin beds. The lounge has a double sofa bed.
Large shower room and toilet.
Fully equipped with cooker, hob, washing machine, microwave.
Living area with TV and DVD players and also has the sofa bed in this room.
Dining area has a table and chairs for 4.
Notes on accommodation
Towels and bedlinen are included but not beach towels. The properties are cleaned once a week but can be cleaned more regularly if required for a small fee. There is air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and a travel cot can be made available for a small cost. No smoking inside either the villa or apartment but outside smoking is permissible. There is a small children's pool next to the main pool.
Accessibility
Both properties are suitable for all ages but due to the steps to reach the properties, would not be suitable for people with walking or mobility difficulties.
Outside
Sultan Villa and apartment share a nice-sized pool with 3 other Sultan properties in the complex. The gardens are maintained by our agents in Turkey and there are sunbeds available for use with each property.
Coast/Beach
Olu Deniz - 'the Blue Lagoon' is around 10 minutes drive away and Fethiye is around 15 minutes drive away also. Both have lovely beaches with golden sand.
Travel
Dalaman airport is approx 45 minutes drive away and our agents will pick-up and return all our guests to the airport as this includes the key exchange to our properties. Up to 4 people - £80 return and 5/6 people £110 return payable in sterling in resort.
Distances
As both properties are really in Hisaronu itself, they are situated in a great location for anything the local area has to offer. KayaKoi - 4km away, Fethiye 4km away, Olu Deniz - 4km away.
Further details
Sultan is in a great place for walking to all restaurants in Hisaronu or surrounding area. Approx 2 minutes walk from the main streets and centre of the village. Both Azda and Migros supermarkets would be no more than 5 minutes walk away. There is a lot to do in the area if you want to and our agents can arrange trips, car hire and nights out.
